YESHE TSOGYAL
"Victorious Lake of Wisdom"

The wisdom queen, Yeshe Tsogyal, embodies enlightened feminine principle. May the lotus garden of compassionate activity continually bloom for the benefit of all beings.

This image has been chosen by The Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche for the Yeshe Tsogyal Banner. The artist consulted with The Sakyong and His Eminence Namkai Drimed Rinpoche, on specific details for this representation of the famous eighth century Tibetan Queen who embodies enlightened feminine principle. As the close disciple of Padmasambhava, Yeshe Tsogyal is renown for her realization and extensive enlightened activity to benefit all beings.

Fall 2007
Welcome!

Hello and thank you for visiting Moku Studios. Our Home Page shows you two traditional Buddhist artworks by the artist, Cynthia Moku. These fine art prints of the original paintings are available through secure on-line credit card purchasing.

The latest print offered is an exquisite reproduction of a pencil drawing of the wisdom queen, Yeshe Tsogyal. The print is a tri-colour process on a warm white, medium weight coated stock. The detail is unusually clear and refined. The colours are subtle, reflecting similar tones chosen for the design of the Yeshe Tsogyal Banner.
